Cancellations required 24 hours before appointment.

Technician will advise of additional charges for excessive pet hair, trash, mold/mildew, human/ animal bio waste, and excessive soilage.

Surcharges can be upwards of 20-50% of the service package cost. Additional charges apply for services not specified in packages.

No refunds on paid services. Payment should be made only on confirmed appointments.
